Region Conference Registration Tips
- Register early, please don’t wait until the last week or day.
- Please use a computer or laptop, NOT a phone. We are working on making it mobile friendly but right now it isn’t.
- Make sure you are logged in to your portal. The non-member, non-discounted price will show UNTIL you log in. If you are having trouble with your portal login, contact membership.
- Answer all registration questions — don’t leave any blank. Confirm selections, dates (& format!), checkmarks & signatures in fields with a red *. If you get an error, something is indeed missing.
- Type in your center name ONLY (if applicable) EXACTLY as you want it to appear on your badge, including correct capitalization, etc. Please leave field blank if there is none.
- Don’t forget to sign up for meals you plan to attend.
- Provided discount codes are entered prior to checkout. It needs to be exact, and then click Apply. You won’t see the discount code area if you use a phone.
- Once registered, you can manage your event in your portal.
- Login to your portal
- Click Events (top)
- Click appropriate event – may have to scroll
- Left click your name in upper right
- Click Manage Registration
- Hover over the 3 dots on Right of event name
- Click View My Agenda to see your sessions
- Click Purchase New Sessions to change your sessions (will be no additional charge unless session has one)
- Go through and make selections
- If tab says “Remove” you are signed up for that already
- Choose 1 of the lettered options – i.e. choose A1 OR A2, if you choose A1, A2 will say conflicts detected. Just letting you know you can’t register for 2 concurrent sessions.
- Click Continue
