Xenophon Therapeutic Riding Center is a PATH Intl. Premier Accredited Center dedicated to serving both children and adults through equine-assisted services. With over 30 years of experience, we are committed to providing exceptional care and support to our community. We are seeking an organized, self-motivated individual to join our team as our Equine Manager. This role involves the daily care and training of our herd of 8 therapy horses, maintaining horse records, coordinating with volunteers, and overseeing facility maintenance. Prior horse experience is required, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Benefits are available.
