- Log In to your PATH Intl. account to ensure you are an active Professional Plus member in good standing and that your account is not expired. To join or upgrade your membership and access all that PATH Intl. Professional Plus membership has to offer, visit the membership benefits page!
- Professional Plus members who have not yet renewed, and are in their grace period, will not be eligible.
- Professional Plus members will automatically be enrolled with USEF starting February 2023. Those that join/upgrade afterward will receive the USEF insurance benefits number the first week of the following month.
- For example, if you upgrade your membership on February 12th, you will receive your USEF insurance benefits number within the first week of March.
- Once you receive your 9-digit USEF insurance benefits number, you will immediately be eligible for customized health coverage options for your individual needs including medical, accident, critical illness, hospital short-term disability, dental, vision, and more.
- Please call the 24/7 dedicated PATH Intl. Member-Only Insurance Benefits Hotline at 1 (800) 439-5222 to formally enroll in insurance benefits. Have your 9-digit benefits number ready.
- Insurance benefits go into effect on the first of every month for those who enroll before the 15th of every month. Note that if you enroll after the 15th of the month, your coverage will not go into effect until the 1st of the following month.
- For example, if you enroll on February 2, coverage will go into effect on March 1. However, if you enroll on February 16, coverage will go into effect on April 1.

SPECIAL RATES FROM EQUISURE
This is for a $1,000,000 Excess Personal Liability policy. Coverage is for claims brought against members of US Equestrian/PATH Professional+ members arising from the use and/or ownership of a horse and for horse-related accidents involving bodily injury and property damage. Coverage will apply when engaged in any horse-related activity and coverage is in excess of any existing valid and collectible insurance. There is no deductible. The personal accident policy insures the member for death or permanent disability resulting from an accident anywhere in the world at the following benefit levels: up to $35,000 at a US Equestrian sanctioned event, up to $20,000 while insured is engaged in any horse-related activity worldwide, and up to $3,750 for insured person under the age of 18.

What is Pet Insurance?
