Successful candidates will have experience with volunteer management in human services and/or therapeutic horsemanship organizations, possess leadership, organizational and technology skills as well as exceptional interpersonal skills. Professional Association of Therapeutic Horsemanship (PATH) International Advanced Therapeutic Riding Instructor certification strongly preferred; additional therapeutic horsemanship qualifications (i.e. Driving, ESMHL, CHA, etc.) a plus.

Founded in 1974, High Hopes is a PATH International Premier Accredited Center which serves over 240 children and adults with disabilities each week.
